4تخزين البيانات وأمانهاData Storage and Security
نستخدم إجراءات فنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات من الوصول أو التعديل أو الإفصاح غير المصرح به. لا توجد وسيلة إلكترونية آمنة بنسبة 100%، لذلك يجب عدم مشاركة رمز التحقق مع أي شخص.

5الموقع الجغرافيLocation Data
يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع لعرض الشاليهات القريبة وتحديد المدينة. ويمكن إلغاء الإذن من إعدادات الجهاز، لكن بعض خصائص البحث والخرائط قد لا تعمل بالكامل. يظهر الموقع الدقيق للشاليه وفق حالة الحجز وآلية التطبيق.
The app requests location permission to show nearby chalets and identify the relevant city. You may revoke this permission in device settings, although nearby search and maps may become limited. The exact chalet location is shown according to booking status and app rules.
6الخدمات الخارجيةThird-Party Services
قد يستخدم التطبيق خدمات خارجية مثل Google Firebase للإشعارات والخدمات الفنية، وخدمات الخرائط والموقع. تخضع معالجة هذه الجهات للبيانات لسياساتها الخاصة.
The app may use third-party services such as Google Firebase for notifications and technical functions, as well as mapping and location services. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms.

8حذف الحساب والبياناتAccount and Data Deletion
يمكنك بدء طلب حذف الحساب من الخيار المخصص داخل التطبيق أو من صفحة حذف الحساب عند نشرها. قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات عند الحاجة للامتثال للأنظمة أو حماية الحقوق أو تسوية النزاعات.
You can start an account deletion request from the relevant option inside the app or from the account deletion webpage once published. Certain records may be retained where required by law, to protect rights, or to resolve disputes.
9خصوصية الأطفالChildren's Privacy
التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال، ولا نسمح بإجراء الحجوزات لمن لم يبلغ السن النظامية اللازمة لإبرام الحجز.
The app is not directed to children, and bookings are not permitted for anyone below the legal age required to enter into a booking agreement.
