1قبول الشروطAcceptance of Terms
باستخدام تطبيق شاليه أو إنشاء حساب أو إجراء حجز، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها. إذا لم توافق عليها، فيجب عدم استخدام التطبيق.
By using Shaleh, creating an account, or making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
2الحسابات والأهليةAccounts and Eligibility
- يجب أن يكون المستخدم قد بلغ السن النظامية اللازمة لإبرام الحجز.
- يلتزم المستخدم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة ومحدثة.
- يحظر إنشاء حساب باسم شخص آخر أو استخدام حساب الغير دون إذن.
- يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية حماية هاتفه ورمز التحقق وحسابه.
- Users must meet the legal age required to enter into a booking.
- Users must provide accurate and current information.
- Creating an account in another person's name is prohibited.
- Users are responsible for protecting their device, verification code, and account.
3دور منصة شاليهRole of the Platform
يوفر شاليه منصة تقنية تربط بين الضيوف والمضيفين وتسهّل عرض الشاليهات وطلبات الحجز والتواصل. ولا يعد شاليه مالكًا للشاليهات المعروضة أو مشغلًا لها.
Shaleh provides a technical platform connecting guests and hosts and facilitating listings, booking requests, and communication. Shaleh does not own or operate listed chalets.
4التزامات المضيفHost Obligations
- تقديم معلومات وصور وأسعار وموقع ومميزات صحيحة للشاليه.
- تحديث التوفر وعدم قبول حجوزات متعارضة.
- الالتزام بالحجوزات المؤكدة والمواعيد المعلنة.
- توفير مكان آمن ونظيف ومطابق للوصف.
- الحصول على التراخيص النظامية اللازمة.
- عدم طلب مبالغ غير معلنة قبل الحجز.
- Provide accurate listing details, photos, prices, location, and amenities.
- Keep availability updated and avoid conflicting bookings.
- Honor confirmed bookings and disclosed times.
- Provide a safe and clean property matching the description.
- Maintain required licenses and permits.
- Do not request undisclosed charges.
5طلبات الحجز وتأكيدهاBooking Requests and Confirmation
- إرسال الطلب لا يعني قبوله حتى يؤكده المضيف.
- تظهر حالة الحجز داخل التطبيق.
- بعد التأكيد قد تظهر بيانات التواصل والموقع الدقيق.
- يجب مراجعة التواريخ والسعر والسياسات قبل التأكيد.
- Submitting a request does not confirm a booking until host approval.
- The booking status is shown in the app.
- After confirmation, contact details and exact location may be displayed.
- Dates, price, and policies must be reviewed before confirmation.
6الأسعار والدفعPrices and Payment
تظهر تكلفة الحجز قبل إرسال الطلب. في النسخة الحالية قد يتم الدفع عند الوصول أو بالطريقة الموضحة في الحجز. لا تشارك بيانات البطاقة أو كلمات المرور داخل المحادثات.
The booking cost is shown before submission. In the current version, payment may be made on arrival or by the method stated in the booking. Do not share card details or passwords in messages.
7الإلغاء وعدم الحضورCancellation and No-Show
- يمكن الإلغاء من خلال الخيار المخصص متى كان متاحًا.
- تطبق سياسة الإلغاء المعلنة وقت الحجز.
- قد يؤثر الإلغاء المتكرر أو عدم الحضور في الحساب.
- إذا ألغى المضيف حجزًا مؤكدًا فعليه إشعار الضيف فورًا.
- Bookings may be cancelled through the designated option when available.
- The cancellation policy shown at booking time applies.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect the account.
- If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the guest must be informed promptly.
8التزامات الضيفGuest Obligations
- احترام الشاليه ومحتوياته وعدم تجاوز العدد المسموح.
- الالتزام بأنظمة المكان وتعليمات السلامة.
- عدم استخدام الشاليه لأي نشاط غير قانوني.
- إبلاغ المضيف عن الأضرار أو الأعطال.
- تحمل مسؤولية الأضرار المثبتة الناتجة عنه أو عن مرافقيه.
- Respect the chalet and do not exceed permitted capacity.
- Follow property and safety rules.
- Do not use the chalet for illegal activity.
- Report damage or faults to the host.
- Be responsible for proven damage caused by the guest or companions.
9التقييمات والمحتوىReviews and Content
يجب أن تكون التقييمات والتعليقات والصور حقيقية ومرتبطة بالتجربة الفعلية، وألا تتضمن إساءة أو تشهيرًا أو معلومات شخصية للغير. يجوز لشاليه إزالة المحتوى المخالف.
Reviews, comments, and photos must be genuine and related to an actual experience and must not contain abuse, defamation, or another person's private information. Shaleh may remove prohibited content.
10الاستخدام المحظورProhibited Use
- الاحتيال أو انتحال الهوية أو الحجوزات الوهمية.
- محاولة تجاوز حماية التطبيق أو الوصول غير المصرح به.
- إرسال الرسائل المزعجة أو الروابط الاحتيالية.
- جمع بيانات المستخدمين لأغراض غير مرتبطة بالحجز.
- أي استخدام مخالف للأنظمة أو حقوق الآخرين.
- Fraud, impersonation, or fake bookings.
- Attempting to bypass app security or gain unauthorized access.
- Sending spam or fraudulent links.
- Collecting user data for purposes unrelated to bookings.
- Any use violating laws or the rights of others.
11حدود المسؤولية والنزاعاتLiability and Disputes
يبذل شاليه جهدًا معقولًا لتشغيل المنصة والتحقق من البلاغات، لكنه لا يضمن استمرار الخدمة دون انقطاع ولا يضمن جميع تصرفات المستخدمين. يتحمل المضيف مسؤولية الشاليه ووصفه، ويتحمل الضيف مسؤولية استخدامه وسلوكه.
Shaleh uses reasonable efforts to operate the platform and review reports but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or every user's conduct. Hosts remain responsible for their properties and descriptions, and guests remain responsible for their use and conduct.
12تعليق الحساب أو إنهاؤهAccount Suspension or Termination
يجوز لشاليه تعليق أو تقييد أو حذف الحساب عند مخالفة الشروط، أو وجود نشاط احتيالي، أو تهديد سلامة المستخدمين، أو بناءً على طلب جهة مختصة.
Shaleh may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account for violating these terms, fraudulent activity, threats to user safety, or a lawful authority request.
13الخصوصية وحماية البياناتPrivacy and Data Protection
يخضع جمع البيانات واستخدامها وحفظها لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بتطبيق شاليه، وهي جزء مكمل لهذه الشروط.
The collection, use, and storage of data are governed by Shaleh's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14تعديل الشروطChanges to the Terms
يجوز لشاليه تحديث هذه الشروط عند تطوير الخدمة أو تغير المتطلبات النظامية. سيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة مع تعديل تاريخ آخر تحديث.
Shaleh may update these terms as the service evolves or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published with a revised last-updated date.
15القانون المطبق والتواصلGoverning Law and Contact
