Platform role
Shaleh is a technology platform connecting guests and hosts. Hosts are responsible for accurate property and availability information. Users must provide accurate information and use the service responsibly.
Bookings
A booking is submitted as a request to the host. The host may accept or decline within the stated response period. Contact and location details are displayed according to booking status and privacy rules.
Payment and cancellation
During the initial phase, payment is made upon arrival under the booking arrangement. A cancellation close to arrival may affect account ratings according to the policy shown in the app.
Acceptable use
Fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, abusive communication, service disruption, and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
