WHY NOVA BUILDINGS

Maintenance becomes unreliable when requests remain in calls and messages

When a fault is reported through an informal message, managers may not know whether it was assigned, whether a technician visited, or why the repair is waiting. A technician may also need a replacement part or manager approval before work can continue.

NOVA Buildings gives both sides a shared maintenance record. Technicians can create reports, respond to incoming work, document a required part, and return the request to the manager without incorrectly marking it as completed.
